What was the criteria used to put you in the Ultra High Risk category? Hope you don't mind me asking. I'm still in my early phase of learning about SMM. Was diagnosed in February 2013 and have spent most of my time learning about AL Amyloidosis that is active now. Now that it's in remission, I can turn my attention to learning about SMM.

They are the same numbers from the diagram that you posted in the other thread:
1) >60% plasma cells, 2) High FLC (>100), 3) >1 focal lesion on MRI.

I was wondering which of those criteria you met to be classified as Ultra High Risk.
