Re: M-protein detectable but unable to quantitate

Hello all,

Just an update. I have an appointment with a hematologist on November 11, 2015. The repeat bloodwork again showed an M-protein spike of less than 1 g/L - unable to quantitate. So that's two sets of bloodwork: January and May 2015, which have resulted in that finding.

I have a couple questions, if anyone is willing to share their knowledge:

1. Is it still possible this is a false positive despite it being found in two tests?
2. Is there anything I can do or refrain from doing to make the M-protein spike go away?
3. What diet should I follow?

Thank you in advance for your time and support. It is greatly appreciated.
