Low platelets before stem cell transplant - a problem?

Finally got the call for stem cell transplant. Go in tomorrow for pic line. Admit on Wednesday. Chemo Thursday and transplant Friday.

Also got blood work back and his platelets are down to 45. Will this prevent the transplant ?
