Low Absolute Lymphocyte (Lym Abs) Count - Concern

by goldmine848 on Wed Aug 21, 2013 7:10 pm

Been on RVD since 7/10. Had to stop Revlimid for a couple of weeks because my WBC and Neut, Abs were low. Both recovered and re-started about 2 weeks ago. Lym Abs has gone in this progression: 1.78, 1.43, .55, .43, and today .29. WBC today is 6.41 and nuet Abs is 6.07. Is there cause for concern is this a normal effect of the treatment?

Update: spoke to my nurse coordinator and she said they are not concerned with the Lymph number so long as the WBC and neutrophill are good.
