Light chains increase significantly during off weeks

I have had 2 rounds of Kyprolis and dex. I am showing a response when tested when I am on the drugs. However, in the off weeks, the kappa light chains increase drastically (from 435 to 1035).

My oncologist and I have discussed increasing the drugs:

Adding Pomalyst or Revlimid
Increasing the amount of Kyprolis I receive
Increasing the weekly dex from 12 mg to either 16 mg or 20 mg on a weekly basis.

We also need to test when I am on the drugs not during the off weeks.
