My uncle was recently on a second dose of pomalidomide [Pomalyst, Imnovid] after unsuccessful with Revlimid and Velcade. He is in and out of the hospital almost every week due to his fever. All his RBC WBC and platelets are low due to the chemo therapy. He had a bone marrow biosy a few years ago, ( 3) and was identified with gene 17 depletion.
Can you tell me what is his life expectancy? He is a great uncle and I am very concerned about his well being. Thank you
