Keytruda (pembrolizumab, MK-3475) - any experiences?

by Mona on Thu Jan 15, 2015 9:25 pm

Has anyone taken Keytruda (pembrolizumab, MK-3475) for multiple myeloma? If so, what have your side effects been?

I am considering joining the Phase I clinical trial with Revlimid, dex, and Keytruda in relapsed multiple myeloma patients. I just met with my doctor at MD Anderson this afternoon and need to think about it and decide. If I'm approved to participate, I would be starting in about 3 weeks.

If I decide not to take part in the trial, or I am ineligible for some reason, my back up treatment will be Revlimid and dex.

Thanks,
Mona
