Ixazomib / MLN9708 - any experiences with it?

by Barneasada on Fri Sep 05, 2014 9:27 pm

Is anyone currently taking ixazomib / MLN9708, or have you taken it recently?

What are side effects and how does it work with your quality of life? Any success or negative issues?

I am a candidate for a clinical trial (do not need yet), but just want to know more about it and people's experiences?

Thanks,
Mark

Mark,

Which specific Ixazomib trial are you considering? I too would be keenly interested to hear about anybody's experiences. An oral proteasome inhibitor would be so nice to have in one's bag of tricks.
