I don't think I've seen you post in the forum before, so welcome.

It's difficult to answer your question without first clearing up a few things.

First, are the results you mentioned from a blood test, or from a urine test?

Second, does the test say "free light chains", or something similar, or just "light chains"?

Finally, what are the units of the results? Are they mg/L,, or mg/dL, or something else?
