IP6 (inosotol) and diet changes

by Pjorg45 on Thu Feb 26, 2015 4:44 am

Is any one out there doing IP6 (inosotol)?

I have been taking IP6 twice a day plus eating a lot of IP6 foods, like peanuts, corn, and grains. I am still on RVD (Revlimid, Velcade, and dex), but feel like the IP6 is enhancing the chemo activity. I also found that curcumin has really helped my BPH.

Anyone else had similar experience?

I am also on a no suger and no dairy diet. That also means no white flour, no white potatoes, no white pasta, etc. Although unproven, I think these diet and supplement measures are things we can do at minimal cost which may extend our lives somewhat. I don't believe they will replace the chemo drugs we take.
