Interpreting some test results

Hi, I am new to this. I just wondered if someone could advise me on my test results.

OCBs in serum and csf / cfs protein 239 Acellular / cfs glucose3.3 (serum 4.7)

New IgM lambda monoclonal immunoglobin detected.

Dalesangel,

Were these the results of a spinal tap or a blood draw? As I understand it, testing for oligoclonal bands and looking at CSF is done for other diseases (see link below), but is not done for multiple myeloma. Was the doctor specifically looking for some specific disease when he ran these tests?
