Interpreting free kappa results

I was operated for cranial vault tumor..solitary plasmacytoma after s electro immuno pet. I m on reggular follow up since2009. Recent report all blood test nprmal. No monoc band or gammopathy. Ratio of light chain normal but frre kappa 20 normal is 19.4. Ehat does it indicate. .bhavesh. txs

In most circumstances the ratio is the important test not the absolute levels. If the kappa/lambda free light chain ratio is normal then there is no evidence (using that test) of active myeloma.
