interepting lab results

My mom is currently going through testing to figure out if she has multiple myeloma. She just had her bone marrow biopsy on Monday so I don't have the results for that but I do have her blood work and urine results and need help trying to understand what this can mean. These are some of the results I can provide more if necessary these just seemed the most important.

kappa lambda quan free light chain ratio 3.46 (normal 0.26-1.62)
m spike 0.9 g/dl
Iga 41mg/dl (normal 70-400mg/dl)
Igm 26 mg/dl (normal 40-230mg/dl)
