IgA multiple myeloma and gluten

by dee777 on Thu Nov 13, 2014 8:31 pm

I was wondering since the gut is IgA antibodies, could IgA multiple myeloma be a reaction to gluten? I have heard of some study in Europe of some small country and so no one is following it up that showed it was a gluten reaction. I have also heard an oncologist, not mine, say they are not the same thing.
So I wonder, one, if they are not the same what is the difference?,
and two, would going gluten free make a difference in IgA amount?
Thanks.
