IgA lambda producing high kappa light chains??

Post ASCT the only abnormal test is my husbands IgA lambda myeloma is producing high Kappa urine free light chains. Why would his Lambda type myeloma be producing high kappa?

This is not due to the myeloma. This may be a transient finding as the immune system regrows (sometimes called immune reconstitution) after transplant.
