the doctors that take the time out of their busy schedules to monitor and provide crucial answers to the many questions on this forum. Thanks to Dr Cohen, Dr Libby, Dr Shain, Dr Valent and Dr Voorhees (am I missing anybody?)

I am also thankful for the whole Beacon site. It has been very helpful for me over the last two years, and it would have been good if I had discovered it sooner!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends, and to all reading actually.

I am also thankful for this site, the doctors who share their time and knowledge, and everyone who shares their experiences and information. It provides us an opportunity to share with others who understand best what myeloma patients are going through physically, mentally, and emotionally. I wish I had found the site while I was going through my initial treatment, but I continue to find it a wealth of information.

Thank you, everyone, for your kind words about The Beacon and your holiday wishes.

Like the rest of you, we too are grateful to the Beacon's Medical Advisors for the time and expertise they share with all of us.

We are also grateful to the Beacon's columnists, who so generously share with all of us their trials, tribulations, and lessons learned, in ways that range from touching to humorous.

Finally, but ever so importantly, we are thankful to all of you who read The Beacon regularly, post answers to questions that other readers ask, share your experiences, provide support to others who need it, and ask questions of your own. The Beacon and its thriving, growing community is as valuable a resource as it is not least because of all you have contributed.

So, again ... thank you!

Beacon Staff
