My husband had his first 24-hour urine test since diagnosis, and all results in normal range. He has kappa IgA myeloma and his kappa chains are normal and his ratio is as well!

He had a SPEP last month, and it showed his IgA normal. They repeated that along with the 24-hour urine and it still shows normal as well. Five more induction CyBorD and then on to transplant. We were hoping that the four months of induction wold be enough to do the transplant, and I think according to his labs, it will.
