How long should one stay on maintenance therapy?

Hello. I have been on Velcade for maintenance therapy since April 2014 until a couple of weeks ago. My doctor had me change over to Revlimid (I had some days of very low blood pressure - that's why I switched). But if one is still in remission after 2 years of maintenance, should I stop and give my body a rest?
