How bad are these lab results?

So how bad realistically are these numbers? I was diagnosed in 2010 and have had tandem Auto SCT's in 2010 and 2011

I was diagnosed with IGA Kappa in March 2010. My numbers have been on the rise for the last year, but its really only been the light chain numbers going out of whack.
