Congrats, Stan, on the call from Oncopep! Why don't you start a separate thread over the Treatments section of the forum where you can keep everyone posted about what you find out about the trial, the treatment, and other related issues?

I spoke with the rep from Oncopep. She gave me the contact info of the Doctor administering the trial at Mass General. Seems like the big hurdle to being accepted is a test (HLA) for certain amounts of an antigen in one's system. Not enough and your excluded.
Also found out that my doctor, Dr. Jagannath, was supposed to be involved but, couldn't because of scheduling.
I'm going to speak with him about it and, hope I could get in to the trial when the BHQ880 trial I'm in is done this summer.
Dr. Jagannath is not a proponent of clinical trials using chemo on SMM patients. He said we have all those drugs available whenever I may progress. No need to use them now.
But, this is a vaccine and I hope he has another opinion on this trial.
