The Beacon's forum is a rich repository of myeloma patient and caregiver experiences, lessons learned, and the expertise of the Beacon's Medical Advisors.
The forum also provides its participants the opportunity to get advice in regard to questions they may have.
If you have asked questions in the forum and received helpful responses, please "pay the favor forward" by offering help to other forum participants, and by sharing some of your own experiences and lessons learned.
A particularly helpful way to do this is to regularly check the forum's list of unanswered postings, and then contribute to those discussions if and when you can.
You can view the continuously updated list of unanswered postings here:
https://myelomabeacon.org/forum/search.php?search_id=unanswered
A link to this page is also present at the top of the forum's home page, marked with the text "View unanswered posts".
Please note that the Beacon Staff take this "pay it forward" policy seriously, as it embodies the Beacon's goal of being a community, where patients, caregivers, and family members learn from and help one another. Thus, community members who do not adhere to this policy are likely to have their forum and other community privileges restricted or revoked.
