Hi,
Being a regular golfer for over 40 years, myeloma has stopped me in my tracks, with pain and rib issues not allowing me to play any longer. In bed for days after each game, it's no longer viable or fun.
I have started a golf bag tag collection to keep my mind active, and I'm on the web each day searching for additions to my world wide collection – so far 9.
Please help me by going thru your old golf stuff and letting me know if you can add to my collection or send me something you think is ok. They come in metal or plastic – any condition is fine. I can clean them up and add them in.
Thanks in anticipation,
Alan

Re: Golf therapy
It's been a long time since you wrote that post, but I sympathize. Losing golf is like losing the last sport we can play – we used to play basketball, baseball, tennis, racquetball. All those things that required running. But then we aged, we worked at our desk jobs, .and then, if you're like me, one sunny day in a beautiful venue, someone took you out to play golf.
I didn't start until my 40s; looks like I'll be quitting in my 60s. But it sure was fun while it lasted.
I determined on Day 1 that I would never be one of those people who went out to play golf and didn't have a good time. It's too beautiful out there. Never let something as silly as a scorecard make me unhappy.
I hope all your golfing days were happy ones as well. I never got a bag tag from anywhere that I hung onto, but I still have that towel from Torrey Pines.
