Gluten and MGUS - any connection?

As we all know. gluten-free diets are very popular lately, thanks to Hollywood. Has anyone here ever heard of a connection between MGUS and gluten?

I never have.

I have however heard some rumblings (no studies) in which the question of whether auto­immune disorders and MGUS are related. As I said, though, there do not appear to be any credible studies so far.
