Hi AC,
Glad to see you got some feedback from Dr. Libby on your situation.
One thing I wanted to mention about your free light chain results is to not forget about the kappa-lambda ratio. For example, in your most recent results, your kappa level is down again, but your kappa-lambda ratio is up around 9.
I realize that the kappa/lambda ratio is high because your lambda level is dropping and is below the normal range. I also realize that this makes interpreting the ratio somewhat more difficult. I don't think, however, that your doctors will be ignoring the ratio completely. So you probably want to keep an eye on it too.
Good luck!

Re: Kappa FLC level going up & down during RVD maintenance
I decided to continue on the Velcade, Revlimid, and dexamethasone. Between the end of the last cycle and the beginning of the new cycle, my myeloma specialist decided not to provide the 2 weeks off for the Velcade but still provide the week off for the Revlimid. During the off week of the Revlimid, my kappa free light chain level only increased from 20 to 23, which is a lot smaller jump than the normal jump to the 70's that usually occurred during my 2 weeks off.
