Re: FLC ratio in urine and 1q21gain in MGUS??
Thank you for your replies..My anemia was not a chronic issue it was an acute onset I have a nephrologist due to hyperaldosterone that causes my blood pressure to uncontrolled I had been hospitalized many times from it and had a TIA so that first abnormal cbc was compared to 15 previous ones my wbc, rbc, mpv, rdw's hgb and hct were acutely abnormal leading to the workup to the bmb. and ferritin reading of a 2...I then went into an acute swelling of my kidney four weeks later causing double pneumoniae , a-fib and CHF...I do agree anemia can be caused by other things it was just not the issue in my case since we drew my bloods every 4 months for 5 years prior..I will see the orthopedist and see what he is willing to order since the hematologist put it in his hand,,Thanks
