FISH Results

I had a return of multiple myeloma after a Plasmacytoma in 2007 was in remission for about 7 years.

I have an M-Spike of 1.0 and mine is IGG - came in at about 1750...

I will be on a Rev, Dex and Velcade for about 3-4 months and then Stem Cell...

I got FISH results which Is stated myeloma and IGH @ FISH:

Abnormal 4p+ 11q+ 14q+ 16q+

Can anyone please let me know what this means? My doc will tell me on the 14th of the month.

Hi - I was wondering whether your doctor explained these fish results. My husband also has a trisomy 14 (14q+), and I am curious as to what this may mean.
