Fingers and toes

I was diagnosed with a plasmacytoma in march 2013 and had a corpectomy on my T1 vertebrae and a 7 level fusion. My last M-protein test in July was .3. I was putting on my boots today and my L pinkie toe just snapped. I clearly fractured it. Has anyone had myeloma attack their feet? I could not find anything on line about this. I was shocked to have this happen.
