Fatigue from Pomalyst, Ninlaro, and dexamethasone?

by Castaway on Sun Jan 01, 2017 10:24 pm

Hello all,

I recently had my treatment of Pomalyst, Velcade, and dexamethasone changed. The subcutaneous Velcade was stopped and Ninlaro was its replacement. Pomalyst is 4 mg. And the Ninlaro is also 4 mg. Dexamethasone is 20 mg once per week. Of course I have the Ninlaro calendar that has my daily treatment regimen that has all 3 drugs and when to take them.

My question is anyone having issues being tired with this combo?

I had plenty of energy and rode my bike at least a 150 plus miles per week before the Velcade was replaced with the Ninlaro.

I just feel run down for the most part. Especially the 3rd week of treatment. The worst part is my labs are showing a slight increase since I started this treatment. I think I could deal with being a little tired if the lab results were better.

Any input would be appreciated.
