Unable to calculate excretion and/or creatinine ratio?

I was diagnosed with MGUS 18 months ago and everything has been holding the same. However, I just received a confusing report for my 24-hour urine. I think it means nothing but here it is.

"The proteins are less than 4 mg/ml. Therefore we are unable to calculate excretion and or creatinine ratio."

Does this mean nothing really needed?

That is a good thing. Do not worry about it. It just indicates very low levels of protein in the urine, which is what you want.
