Face Cramps and Tremors - Velcade, Dex,and Cytoxan

My husband has been experiencing face cramps and tremors in his muscles. When he mentioned it to his oncologist and nurses, they seemed perplexed. It worries me that this is going on particularly in his face, neck and head. Thoughts?
