Enlarged liver - sign of amyloidosis?

A close relative of my has light chain multiple myeloma, and is showing a grossly enlarged liver with a gross increase in ALP. I was reading this could be a sign of amyloidosis.

Yes, but it can also be a symptom of multiple myeloma.
