Well, we just experienced our first earthquake here at the Beacon's offices in Princeton, NJ. Apparently, the earthquake measured 5.8 on the Richter scale, and was centered southwest of Washington, DC. But we definitely felt it here! The floor and walls were shaking, and all of us looked at each other and said "That felt like an earthquake is supposed to feel, but ... this is New Jersey!"
Supposedly, the quake was felt as far south as North Carolina and as far north as New York City.
Anyone else feel the quake when it hit? Everyone okay?
All the best,
Boris (and the rest of the Beacon crew)
