droping platlets and homoglobin

My son 15 month old baby has droping platlets and homoglobin. Cytogenetics from bone marrow show 2 abnormal clones with hyperdiploidy 50xy with an extra copy of the sex chromosome Y and extra copies of 6,8, 21 with translocation involving chromosome 12, chromosome 3 and chromosome 11. Can you please give your opinion about this infomation as doctors here could not give any diagnosis.

Please note that doctor said after bone marrow report that its not Leukemia and not a cancer, not ITP, Not TTP. not Evan syndrom, not mylodisplastic.
