After only a month of treatment my relative's Serum Lambda Free Light Chain numbers down to 250 from around 900, and their ratio has improved from around 0.02 to 0.04.
Does this sound like good progress, I know the ratio is still significantly bellow normal, but should it eventually reach to normal levels with more treatment?

Re: Drop in Serum Free Lambda Light Chain after treatment
Yes it does sound like progress. Since the treatment initially is working it is very likely that the numbers will continue to improve.

In my own experience with Velcade my numbers went to barely detected, but not large enough to count.

I believe that is what my relative is on, Velcade.

Very good to hear. I hope that therapy continues to work well and with limited side effects.
