I'm currently on 21 day, 10 mg Revlimid maintenance. My transplant doc once mentioned that some people do 14 days, instead of 21 but I can't find any articles on it. Is anyone on 14 days and do you know of any articles/studies that discuss 14 vs 21 days?

Hi Jen,
I can't give you any info as to why but I took 3 rounds of 14 days each. The first cycle was 15
mg's. The next 2 cycles were 25mg's. The first cycle of 15 mg's was to see how well I tolerated
the rev. I didn't have any problems. Sorry I can't be more helpful with info.
