Generally low dose aspirin is prescribed to help prevent clots. I assume you are taking that.

As an aside, it looks like we are are on the same basic schedule; I was diagnosed end of June and will be doing a transplant in January if I decide to go forward with it. If I may ask, what persuaded you to go that route?
