CyBorD response time?

I started taking CyBorD (cyclophosphamide, Velcade, and dexamethasone) after relapsing on Revlimid. After 6 weeks of treatment, I had a free light chain (FLC) test and the lambda (the involved chain) only decreased from 461 to 439 mg/L (normal range 5.7 to 26.3). The kappa went further below the normal range, from 2.9 to 2.7.

I have not talked to my doctor yet, but I am assuming that this response would indicate that this combination is not working for me. Is anyone familiar with the normal response period for this drug?
