How long can you be on CyBorD?

My mom has del17 and is on a CyBord (cyclophosphamide, Velcade, and dex) treatment plan. She is currently not eligible for a stem cell transplant (SCT).

How long is the average patient able to tolerate a 3 week on, 1 week off schedule?

I know everyone is different, but I was just wondering what the most effective treatment plan for high risk is?
