uM = is a unit of measure known as micromolar, which can also be represented as micromoles / liter. Micromolar units are a fairly common way of expressing the amount of a given chemical compound in labs.

To convert micrmolar units to grams/liter, you would need to now the molecular mass of curcumin, which is ~368 g/mole or 0.000368 g/micromole = 0.368 mg/micromole.

Therefore, a 10 micromolar solution of curcumin = 10*0.368 mg/liter = 3.68 mg/liter.

But be clear that this study is not talking about doses in people. This report is documenting the amount of curcumin used on a myeloma cell culture in the lab (in vitro). There's also a big dif­fer­ence between how a multiple myeloma drug works in vitro versus in a human body (in vivo).
