Cucurbitacin I (JSI-124) - Is it safe? Dosage?

by johanna on Mon Apr 21, 2014 7:06 am

Hello, does anyone here have experience with Cucurbitacin I?

Also known as JSI -124, It has been used in many trials and gave very good results in myeloma.

It contains Elatericin B, found in many plants, especially Citrullus colocynyhis, or bitter apple.

We found plenty supplements online for sale, bitter melon, bitter apple, but the question remains:

What is the safe dose? What dose to use to make a difference in myeloma?

As it's quite tricky because it's a form of poison, used by plants as a defense mechanism.

Any advice at all would be appreciated , as we would like to try this natural supplement for Ian's light chain myeloma

Thank you.
