Could Velcade cause this ?

I have been on Velcade since mid May. Getting it sub Q once every 2 weeks. I have recently started having spells of uncontrollable itching. Mainly at night and is usually centered in my lower legs and armpits. I am on valtrex for shingle prevention. Also have been taking some Benadryl to help control it. I plan on talking to my oncologist at my next appointment this week. Any ideas or other experiences?

Velcade caused neuropathy finally in my husband's legs from his knees to the soles of his feet. It started out tingling. He had three cycles of Velcade and Dex with only the last treatment in Cycle 3 being ditched.
