Cord blood transplant & thyroid hormone levels

by WeatherNurse13 on Fri Oct 30, 2015 11:58 pm

I am +275 days post double cord blood transplant. I had my TSH drawn for my bi annual test to keep my dose correct. After losing 30+ pounds during this transplant in January, I thought my dose needed to be lowered, But my dose had increased, as I tested hypothyroid, 5.86. This seems weird to me. Is there an endocrinologist out there?

Hi Gracie,

While I lack a medical explanation as to why your hypothyroidsim is on the rise, I thought you might find the results of this poll to be of interest.
