Sorry to hear about your chronic headache. I've been there.

I'd recommend trying Fioricet (butalbital, acetaminophen, and caffeine) in conjunction with a good massage therapist to work your neck and shoulder muscles.

And, depending on what meds you are taking now, you could be experiencing a "rebound" head­ache.

See a good neurologist!

Hi CabinGirl,

Hope your headaches are less. I have the pressure in my head and neck similar to what you are having. I am thinking it is sinus related and from the increase in my Revlimid dose from 15 to 25 mg this month. I was on Revlimid, Velcade, and dexamethasone (RVD) for 12 months starting in July 2015 to August 2016. My kappa free light chain was 5500 at the start and only got below 100 one time, then back up over 130. My doctor stopped the Velcade and increased the Revlimid. Also still on dex 20 mg. The Revlimid was increased from 14 days to 21 days on / 7 days off.

Hi Everyone,

I hope your headaches have calmed down. Have you had a spinal tap / lumbar puncture? Some­times these don'e heal properly and you could have a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak, which can cause headaches.
