Dr. Ken Shain, Thank you for the reply !
No i have not had a kypholasty or biosy yet.
In my latest blood test result, it showed that my TSH level is normal. So my question is that what is the difference between PTH and TSH?
If i already had my TSH tested, do i need to have PTH checked for diagnosing hyperparathyroidism?
To be honest, i am hoping that i have hyperparathyroidism, because all of the symtoms i have like unrelated trauma fracture, high blood calcium level could be linked to bone metastases, or multiple myeloma.
Thanks once again, i keep you guys posted !

I just got my MRI result. It shows no compression fracture at all even at L1. X ray vs MRI which one should i choose? I've been having a lot of back pain, dizziness and dry mouth. It could be something else. Anyway, it's a great news. Should I trust the MRI result completely?

I know MRI is better then xray but in my experience the best for picking up the myeloma in my spine was CT scan. MRI said a lesion, Xray said no lesion, CT said multiple lesions in thoracic, largest at t8 with some loss of height....
