does anyone know when is cyclophosphamide completely out of your system ?
seems to have an elimination half-life of 3 to 12 hours
the dose is 500 mg / once / week , orally . so bioavailability is around 75 %

Re: clearance of cyclophosphamide
Hi Johanna,
If you look at the graphs in this article,
http://cancerres.aacrjournals.org/content/47/10/2723.full.pdf
it looks like it takes about a day for the cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan) to be completely out of one's system.
The study discussed in the paper involved a limited number of patients, but I think it gives you a reasonably sense of what you're looking for.

Re: clearance of cyclophosphamide
hi Terry , thank you for the link... i`m looking forward to reading it. all that i could find on internet was related to half life of this drug ...when it reaches 50% of original value.
i am more interested in when the drug leaves the system completely.more or less
my friend Ian is on curcumin as well... but takes cyclophosphamide only 1 / week
and he would like in the other days to continue with his curcumin .
which apparently does not work at all with cyclophosphamide
