I'm not sure that it has something to do with the problems you have mentioned, but did some of you have your lungs examined? X-ray and others? Some kind of aspiration / biopsy? It's just a thought, but with some of the symptoms you are describing, I was thinking that maybe there might be some­thing in the lungs.
