Changes to Forum Editor

We wanted to let you know about a recent change that we made within the forum.

When posting to the forum, the formatting buttons above the editor will no longer be available. We removed these formatting buttons due to reports that some users were receiving an error related to these formatting buttons when trying to post to the forums. For the time being, forum users will no longer be able to change the font, add bold or italics formatting, embed hyperlinks in text, etc. when posting to the forum. But this should eliminate the error that some people were experiencing.

We will work on resolving this issue so that we can once again give forum users the ability to format their text.

We appreciate your patience while we work on solving this issue. Of course, if you continue to experience any problems while posting to the forum, please report them here in this Troubleshooting area of the forums.
