Great to hear you've reach a complete remission (CR), Pete. I hope the remission lasts a very, very long time.

I am glad to hear your treatment for multiple myeloma is a success, and hope the kidney function will return. My husband was close to dialysis when he was diagnosed with a creatinine of 5.0, but treatment did turn that around and he now has normal kidney function and he never had to do dialysis.

His initial treatment put him in complete remission, then he had a stem cell transplant and consolidation treatment for three months and now is on maintenance treatment every other week.

He is in complete remission still and back pretty much to his normal routine, maybe to bed a little earlier ... lol.

I wish you the best.
