I just compared my calcium numbers of the last 4 months.
They've gone down. I'm thinking this is a good thing. Am I wrong?
I thought my light chain numbers changing in a positive direction was good but, all the doctors have said those fluctuate.

Re: Calcium numbers?
Calcium numbers coming down if they were elevated is good. Calcium numbers coming down if they were already normal, not so much. Generally if you had a free light chain reading that was way above the normal range and is coming down is good news. However a single reading is not a trend. Several readings all coming down closing in on the normal range is what you want to see.

Re: Calcium numbers?
In June the calcium numbers were on the high side of the in-range (10.1).
In July it was 9.6. It's now down to 9.2 which is pretty much closer to the middle of the normal range. I've been taking Calcium and Vit. D regularly for the last 3 months.
