RESULT: Single lateral view of the skull demonstrates multiple round radiolucencies consistent with multiple lytic lesions the largest one is measuring about 1.9 cm. Examination of the spine demonstrates pathologic fracture involving T3, T8 and and likely lytic involvement of the L2 vertebral body without fracture.
Examination of the upper extremity shows some small nonspecific radiolucencies in the right and left humeral shaft. No pathologic fracture.
Examination of the ribs demonstrate some bilateral healing fractures without underlying lytic lesion. Lytic lesion of the left glenoid is present. No discrete lytic lesion identified in the bony pelvis.
Status post intramedullary rodding of the left femur with good alignment present. No discrete lytic lesions identified in the right femur, some discrete nonspecific radiolucencies in the distal femur.
